His experience spans complex transaction structuring, management of multi-billion-dollar portfolios, M&A and alternative investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Spyros brings over 25 years of experience in shipping finance, credit and risk management across Europe, Asia and the US. He previously served as Head of Shipping Credit at HSH Nordbank in Singapore, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar loan portfolio. His expertise encompasses transaction structuring, credit underwriting, portfolio management, shipping market research and asset-backed maritime finance.

Vinothan brings nearly two decades of experience in business development and operational leadership. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Digital Insights Ventures, overseeing a digital-economy venture studio spanning blockchain, artificial intelligence and sustainability.
